We architected a comprehensive marketing intelligence transformation starting with a foundation assessment that revealed their path from isolated systems to integrated customer intelligence. Our solution integrated their parking reservation platform with the Connect email platform™, creating automated data flows and intelligent customer profiling.

 

We built strategic data architecture calculating lifetime customer data, behavioral patterns, and preference intelligence while implementing a new acquisition strategy with optimized subscribe pages and permission frameworks. The complete intelligence architecture included automated customer journeys, behavioral triggers, and personalized segmentation capabilities.
